Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Use Honeysuckle White ground turkey any way you would use ground beef.
For Patties: Shape into 4 oz. patties - 1/2" thick and season as desired.
Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350°F.
Grill: Preheat lightly oiled grill to 500°F - 600°F. Add patties, arrange so they do not touch. Cook 4 - 5 minutes per side until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165°F throughout the patty.
For Crumbles: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350°F. Crumble in a single layer in the skillet and stir constantly for 7 - 8 minutes, or until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
Tip: To measure temperature, place crumbles into a mound and insert meat thermometer into the center, being careful not to touch the skillet. For food safety, cook to 165°lF.
