Heat oven 375° F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-sticky cooking spray 2. Combine hominy Hill Country Fare® Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, sour cream, chicken and beaten eggs in prepared baking dish. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Evenly spread mixture in dish and top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and back for 20 minutes.
