  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8"" x 8"" or 9"" x 9"" metal or glass pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Combine brownie mix, ¼ cup oil, 2 Tablespoons water and 1 egg in medium bowl with spoon until batter is well blended, about 50 strokes (For cake type brownies use 2 eggs instead of 1). Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. 3. Squeeze fudge packet 10 to 15 times to soften. Cut off corner and squeeze into 4 rows on brownie batter. With knife pull fudge through batter to create swirl pattern. 4. Bake on center oven rack for times shown below. Do not over bake. Cool completely before cutting. For Raspberry Double Chocolate Nut Brownies You Will Need: 8x8-inch BAKING PAN 3 Tablespoons WATER 3 Tablespoons RASPBERRY JELLY 2 EGG WHITES or 1/4 cup EGG SUBSTITUTE Prepare recipe according to directions on back panel, but replace the oil with raspberry jelly and whole egg with egg whites or egg substitute.
