Hempler's Natural Uncured Center Cut No Sugar Bacon is naturally cured with no nitrates or nitrites added. We only use the leanest, specially-selected pork bellies from hogs that are fed a strict vegan grain diet, and raised with no antibiotics and no added hormones. Sweetened with organic honey and slowly smoked over natural Applewood, providing a rich aroma and savory flavor, with a thick gourmet cut for a meaty bite.

  • Pan Fry: Place slices in a cold frying pan and cook over medium - high heat to desired crispness. Turn periodically. Drain on paper towel and then enjoy.
    Microwave: Place slices on paper towels on microwaveable plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high to desired crispness: 2 slices - 1.5 to 2.5 minutes. 4 slices - 2.5 to 3.5 minutes.
