Individually wrapped and vacuum-sealed for freshness, these 2 frozen sockeye salmon fillets are wild caught in Alaska. Boneless and skin-on, they make for an easy-to-prepare main. After thawing, pan fry them in a skillet or bake in the oven for a delicious fish dinner.

Honey Dijon Glazed Sockeye Salmon
1 bag of H-E-B Wild Caught sockeye salmon fillets
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup H-E-B Texas Wildflower honey
1 Tbsp H-E-B Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Mix together honey and Dijon mustard and spread evenly over salmon. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Alaska Sockeye Salmon.Allergens and safety warnings
FOR FOOD SAFETY, COOK SEAFOOD TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F, AS MEASURED WITH A FOOD THERMOMETER. CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN BONES. Contains: SALMON- How to Thaw Fillets:
Remove all packaging and place fillets in a covered dish. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. For a quick thawing method, remove all packaging and place fillets in a resealable bag. Immerse the sealed bag in a bowl of water or in the sink under a thin trickle of cold running water for about 15 – 20 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place fillets in an oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Stovetop: Preheat a lightly oiled nonstick frying pan to medium-high heat. Fry thawed fillets for 3 - 4 minutes per side until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Size and thickness of fillets will vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
