Baked Crispy Flounder
1 bag of Great Catch Wild Caught flounder fillets, thawed
1 tsp black pepper
2-1/4 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 425°F. Season fillets with pepper, then dip in oil and coat with breadcrumbs. In a lightly oiled shallow baking dish, arrange flounder in a single layer. Bake 7 - 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

KEEP FROZEN AT 0°F (-18°C). Do Not Refreeze FOR FOOD SAFETY, COOK SEAFOOD TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F, AS MEASURED WITH A FOOD THERMOMETER. CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN BONES WHILE WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REMOVE ALL BONES, PLEASE NOTE SOME BONES MAY STILL BE PRESENT. Contains: FLOUNDER- Thawing Flounder Fillets:
Remove all packaging and place fillets in a covered dish. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. For a quick thawing method, remove all packaging and place fillets in a resealable bag. Immerse the sealed bag in a bowl of water or in the sink under a thin trickle of cold running water for about 15 – 20 minutes.
Stovetop: Heat a large heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3 - 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to skillet. Pat thawed fillets dry with a paper towel and season as desired. Place in a single layer in skillet. Cook 2 - 2.5 minutes per side depending on thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a rimmed baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place thawed fillets in a single layer in pan. Bake uncovered for 5 - 7 minutes depending on thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
