Contains: POLLOCK, WHEAT. Keep frozen. For food safety, cook fish fillets to an internal temperature of 145°F.- Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil (lightly crumple for extra crispiness). Bake for 18 - 22 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork, turning 1 time during baking. Let cool for 2 - 3 minutes before serving. (For convection oven, reduce cooking time by approximately 2 minutes.)
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place 2 - 4 pieces in the air fryer. Fry for 9 - 11 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°F. Let cool for 2 - 3 minutes before serving.
