  • Stovetop: Cut each steak into 4 portions. Season with seasoned salt and pepper or as desired. Turn portions in seasoned flour to coat. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a heavy or non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat for 3 - 4 minutes. Cook 1.5 minutes per side, uncovered. Do not crowd in skillet. Drain briefly on a paper towel.
