  • Stovetop: Marinate meat for 20 minutes and season as desired. Heat wok or large heavy skillet over High heat for 3 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan and tip to coat. Cook 1/2 to 3/4 lbs at a time 1 - 2 minutes, turning continuously until no longer pink. Do not overcook. Remove meat from pan and cook vegetables (if desired), then combine and heat through for a quick stir fry.
