  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Season or marinate steak as desired. Grill steak about 4" above medium-low heat (325°F) for 10 - 11 minutes per side (medium rare) or 12 - 13 minutes per side (medium). Remove steaks from grill when internal temperature reaches 140° - 150°F.
