Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill steak about 4" above medium-low heat (325°F) for 14 - 18 minutes per side (medium-rare or medium). Remove steak when internal temperature reaches 140° - 150°F.
