  • Heat 1 Tbsp oil on flat top grill or skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute. After 1 minute, add pork and cook 3 - 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Ensure large pieces are broken apart and that there are no visible raw pieces. Remove pork when it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove and serve.
