  • Grill: Heat charcoal until ash covered or a gas grill with lid closed to medium heat. Grill filets 4 inches above heat (375°F ideal grill surface temperature), turning frequently until internal meat temperature reaches 162°F. Remove Plastic Pin Before Eating.
