1 package H-E-B Beef Stew Cooking Sauce
4 cups chopped veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions, etc.)
2 cups beef broth
Place beef and vegetables in a slow cooker. Pour on cooking sauce. Add 2 cups beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 7 - 8 hours until beef is fork-tender (or cook on HIGH for 4 - 5 hours).
