Boneless beef chuck roast (2 - 3 lbs)
1 pouch H-E-B Pot Roast Cooking Sauce
Slow cooker (6 quart recommended size)
Place beef into slow cooker. Pour cooking sauce over beef (no need to add water). Cover and cook on low for 7 - 8 hours until beef is fork-tender (or cook on high for 4 - 5 hours). Remove beef and cut into slices.
