  • Pumpkin Spice Bread:

    1 cup water
    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs
    1 pouch bread mix

    Preheat oven and lightly grease a loaf pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray. (For a dark pan, preheat oven to 325°F. For a glass or silver pan, preheat oven to 350°F.) In a medium bowl, whisk water, oil, and eggs and fold in bread mix until moistened. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and level off mixture. Bake as directed (45 - 55 minutes for a dark pan / 50 - 60 minutes for a glass or silver pan) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
