Caution! Do not eat raw dough Contains: WHEAT, MILK- Pancakes You Will Need: 2 Cups Mix, 1 1/2 Cups Milk, 1 Egg, 2 Tbsp. Oil 1. PREHEAT griddle to 375˚F (medium heat). 2. In a medium bowl, BLEND H-E-B® Select Ingredients All-Purpose Baking Mix, milk, egg, and oil together with a whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy (do not overmix). 3. POUR slightly less than ¼ batter onto lightly greased griddle. 4. COOK pancakes for approximately 60-75 seconds per side, or until golden brown. Waffles You Will Need: 2 Cups Mix, 1 2/3 Cups Milk, 1 Egg, 4 Tbsp. Oil 1. In a medium bowl, BLEND H-E-B® Select Ingredients All-Purpose Baking Mix, milk, egg, and oil together with a whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy (do not overmix). 2. POUR batter onto lightly greased and preheated waffle iron. 3. COOK waffles for 4 - 4½ minutes on medium-high heat, or per waffle iron manufacturer's instructions. Biscuits You Will Need: 2¼ Cups Mix, 1 Cup Milk, 4 Tbsp. Butter (Melted) 1. PREHEAT oven to 425˚F. Blend H-E-B(R) Select Ingredients All-Purpose Baking Mix, milk, and butter until soft dough forms. 2. SPOON dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3. BAKE 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Strawberry Shortcake You Will Need: 2 Cups H-E-B Select Ingredients Baking Mix, ¼ Cup Unsalted Butter (Cold), 1/3 Cup Milk, 3 Tbsp. Sugar, 4 Cups Strawberries (sliced), 8 oz. Whipped Cream 1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, COMBINE H-E-B(R) Select Ingredients All-Purpose Baking Mix, unsalted butter, milk and sugar. Using your hands, press butter into baking mix until most of the larger butter chunks are incorporated. 3. DIVIDE entire dough mixture into 6 evenly shaped balls. 4. PLACE the 6 balls of dough on the prepared baking sheet and use your hand to press each ball down slightly so that each ball is about 1"" high and the edges are rounded. 5. BAKE about 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool at least 20 minutes. 6. SLICE each shortcake with a sharp serrated knife and layer with whipped topping and sliced strawberries to serve.
