Cut Biscuits
2 cups mix
2/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons melted butter, cooled
Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Turn dough onto lightly dusted surface, using flour or baking mix. Shape into ball; knead gently 10 times. Roll ½ inch thick. Cut with 2 inch diameter cutter dipped in flour. Place biscuit sheet in oven on center rack; biscuits should be placed with sides touching; bake 9-13 minutes or until golden brown.
Drop Biscuits
2 cups mix
2/3 cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter, cooled
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl; mix until soft dough is formed.
Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in oven on center rack, bake 9-13 minutes or until golden brown.
Pancakes
Preheat lightly greased griddle or non-stick skillet to 375°F. Mix together 2 cups mix, 1 ¾ cups milk and 2 eggs with fork or wire whisk until blended. DO NOT OVER MIX. Pour batter in ¼ capfuls onto hot griddle or skillet. Cook until pancake bubbles and bottom is golden brown, about 1 minute per side. Turn only once.
