Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season steak as desired and cook for 5 - 9 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F (medium-rare) or 150°F (medium). Let steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Air fry steak at 370°F for 6 - 8 minutes per side.
