Smaller than the Porterhouse but just as tender and flavor-packed, H-E-B Prime 1 beef T-bone steaks are a tempting dinner idea. Cut from the loin primal, this USDA Prime beef is wet-aged for a minimum of 14 days for max tenderness. There’s a generous amount of marbling as well, which adds to the terrific taste. Thickly cut by our certified meat cutters to be about 1-¼" each, they’re great grilled or even air fried. Select how many T-bones you’d like by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.     Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these Safe Handling instructions:

    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season steak as desired and cook for 5 – 9 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F (medium-rare) or 150°F (medium). Let steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Air fry steak at 370°F for 6 – 8 minutes per side.
