Keep Refrigerated- 1. Heat charcoal 30 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed.
2. Grill 4" above Medium heat. Hold palm just above grate, if heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds heat is ideal (375 deg F).
3. Cook 7-9 min/side. Remove when 145 degree internal temperature.
