    BACON CURED WITH: SALT, MAPLE FLAVOR ON SALT (SALT, MAPLE SUGAR, NATURAL FLAVOR, NOT MORE THAN 2% OF: CALCIUM SILICATE AND SILICON DIOXIDE [ANTICAKING]), CANE SUGAR, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM NITRITE.

    Safe Handling: This product was prepared from Inspected and Passed Meat and/or Poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Pan Fry/Stove Top: Arrange slices in cold skillet. Cook slowly over low heat. Turn bacon while frying until desired crispness is reached. Remove slices, drain on a paper towel or napkin.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bacon in single layer in a shallow pan (foil line for easy clean up). Place on middle rack and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes until desired crispness is reached. Drain on paper towels.
