  • Stovetop: Season pork chops as desired. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 – 2 minutes. Place pork chops in skillet and pan broil (no oil) for 3 – 4 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Other Option: Air fry pork chops at 370°F for 3 – 4 minutes per side.
