ENRICHED LONG GRAIN RICE (RICE, NIACIN, IRON [FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE], THIAMINE [THIAMINE MONONITRATE], FOLIC ACID).- Cooking Instructions: Range Top: 1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan*. 2. Stir in 1 cup of rice, cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3.
