    ENRICHED JASMINE LONG GRAIN RICE (RICE, THIAMINE [THIAMINE MONONITRATE], NIACIN, IRON [FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE], FOLIC ACID).

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep in a cool, dry place. Do not lift lid while cooking. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or after cooking.
  • Stovetop: Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in 1 cup of rice. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff lightly with fork and serve.

    Microwave: In a 2-quart microwave-safe dish, combine 2 cups water and 1 cup of rice. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Reduce setting to 50% power and microwave for 15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Fluff lightly with fork and serve.
