Herb Pistachio Chimichurri Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup mint, leaves picked
1 cup Italian parsley, washed, dried, stems removed
1 cup fresh cilantro, washed, dried, stems removed
1 medium serrano pepper, stem removed
2 Tbsp garlic, peeled
1 medium lemon, zested and juiced
1 cup shelled pistachios
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cup olive oil

Place all ingredients except olive oil in a blender or food processor. Blend on low for 30 seconds, then turn to medium-high until mixture is completely blended. With blender running, pour in olive oil in a small stream until incorporated. Refrigerate until ready to use and enjoy with French fries.

    Allergens and safety warnings

  • Air Fryer (recommended):
    Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Fill air fryer basket with a single layer of frozen French fries. Cook for 13 – 15 minutes or to a light golden color. Note: Air fryer appliances may vary in temperature and cook times.

    Oven:
    Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen French fries in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip fries and continue baking for an additional 9 – 11 minutes or to a light golden color.

    Deep Fryer:
    Preheat oil to 350°F. Place frozen French fries in the fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry for 3-¾ – 4 minutes or to a light golden color. Shake basket frequently for best results.
