Spicy Chipotle Ketchup Dipping Sauce
6 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeded and chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 medium jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup onion, diced
1 Tbsp garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp water
In a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil until it warms. Add onions and jalapeño peppers and cook until golden-brown. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes. Pour contents into a blender and blend until smooth. Allow the sauce to cool in refrigerator. Serve with French fries and enjoy.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Fill air fryer basket with a single layer of frozen French fries. Cook for 13 – 15 minutes or to a light golden color. Note: Air fryer appliances may vary in temperature and cook times.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen French fries in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Flip fries and continue baking for an additional 7 – 9 minutes or to a light golden color.
Deep Fryer:
Preheat oil to 350°F. Place frozen French fries in the fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry for 3-¾ – 4 minutes or to a light golden color. Shake basket frequently for best results.
