  • Butter Chicken

    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" cubes
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 package H-E-B Butter Chicken cooking sauce
    2 Tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped (optional)

    Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Add cooking sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°F). Serve over a bed of basmati rice and garnish with cilantro (if desired). Makes about 4 servings.
