  • Toasted Sesame Chicken

    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4" cubes
    1 pkg H-E-B Toasted Sesame Cooking Sauce

    Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Add cooking sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°F). Serve over a bed of rice. Make about 4 servings.
