Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill:
Heat charcoal 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season pork chops as desired and grill at 375°F for 4 – 8 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let pork chops rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Air fry pork chops at 370°F for 5 – 7 minutes per side.
