Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Tenderize each side of meat with seasoning. Baste or marinate for 20 minutes - 24 hours in the refrigerator. Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill ribs about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook for 6 - 8 minutes per side or until internal meat temperature reaches 145°F. Other cooking options: slow cooker or baking.
