You can also grill them for a quicker dinnertime option, but marinating first is recommended. Graded USDA Select, they have a fair amount of marbling, which makes them nice and juicy.

  • Grill: Tenderize each side of the ribs with seasoning, or marinate them for 20 minutes - 24 hours in the refrigerator. Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Grill 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook for 6 - 8 minutes per side (12 - 14 minutes total) or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
