Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Preheat gas grill for 10 minutes or heat charcoal briquettes until ash-covered. Remove steaks from grill when meat thermometer in center reaches 135°F. For medium-rare doneness:
• 3/4" Steaks: 3 -6 minutes per side at 375°F
• 1" Steaks: 4 - 7 minutes per side at 375°F
• 1-1/4" Steaks: 9 - 10 minutes per side at 325°F
• 1-1/2" Steaks: Sear on direct heat for 3 minutes per side. Cook on indirect heat for 15 - 20 minutes at 350°F - 400°F.
