    Ingredients

    Asparagus, Roasted Red Potatoes, Onion, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Rice Flour, Black Pepper, Natural Flavors.
  • Stove Top (Recommended): Preheat 1 tbsp olive oil in a medium non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover. Cook for 9-10 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Place unopened bag, standing up, on microwaveable dinner plate. Microwave on high 4-1/2 - 5-1/2 minutes (Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed) or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove plate and bag. Tear bag at notch. Empty into a serving dish; stir well. Must cook thoroughly. Caution! Hot steam! Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Keep frozen.
