Description

This Norwegian salmon from Foppen is marinated and hot-smoked according to a traditional method, a process which better guarantees an intense taste sensation and tender texture. This time-honored technique uses distinctive oak and beech wood to impart a rich yet delicate flavor to the salmon. The addition of garlic will make this an instant family favorite.

Allergens and safety warnings
KEEP REFRIGERATED AT 38°F(3°C) or below. After opening store in an airtight container and use within 4 days. Despite careful filleting a small bone may unintentionally have been left in the fish.
Serve the hot smoked salmon either cold or warm (1 1/2 minutes in a 600 watt microwave or 6 minutes in a preheated 200°C / 392°F oven). Remove skin before eating.
