    Atlantic salmon, salt, yeast extract, distilled vinegar powder, fish gelatin (cod, pollock and/or haddock), transglutaminase, smoke. Color added. Fish gelatin/transglutaminase: a firming agent which is created from cod, pollock and/or hoddock.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep refrigerated at 38⁰f (3⁰c) or below. After opening store in an airtight container and use within 4 days. This product has been previously frozen. Despite careful filleting a small bone may unintentionally have been left in the fish.
  • Serve the flame roasted salmon at room temperature to enhance its flavor.
