About DJ's
DJ's is proud to be a "food and family" company. For over 30 years, they've been making delicious and flavorful boudin (or "boudain" as they like to say). Originally started in a local meat market, DJ's used the recipe of Daniel Joseph Bouillon, who hailed from Abbeville, LA. In 1985, the family opened a commercial processing facility in Beaumont, TX and decided to name the company DJ's Boudain after Daniel Joseph and Daisy Jewel (the mother of owner Linda Morris).
