DJ's Fancy Rice Dressing is essentially boudin (or "boudain" as they say) without the shell casing. It's great for stuffing anything you can imagine, from chicken and pork to peppers, mushrooms and cabbage. Or spoon some into tortillas for a tasty lunch — the possibilities are delicious!

DJ's is proud to be a "food and family" company. For over 30 years, they've been making delicious and flavorful boudin (or "boudain" as they like to say). Originally in a local meat market, DJ's used the recipe of Daniel Joseph Bouillon to get started, who hailed from Abbeville, LA. In 1985, the family opened a commercial processing facility in Beaumont, TX and decided to name the company DJ's Boudain after Daniel Joseph and Daisy Jewel (the mother of owner Linda Morris).
