  • Crockpot savory Herb Chicken: What you'll need: 2 lbs. small red potatoes, 1 pkg. (16 oz) baby carrots, 1 medium onion, sliced, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered, 1 can whole peeled tomatoes, drained, 2 1/2 lbs. bone in chicken parts, 1 pkg crockpot svory herb chicken seasoning mix, 3/4 cup water. Directions: 1. ARRANGE vegetables in bottom of slow cooker. Place chicken pieces on top of vegetables. 2. Combine seasoning mix with 1/4 cup water and pour over chicken and vegetables. 3. Cover & cook 8 to 9 hrs. on low or 4 to 5 lbs. on HIGH until chicken and vegetables are tender. Do not remove cover during cooking. Open
