You Will Need: Mix Packet (included) 1 Cup Milk, Room Temperature 1 Large Egg, Room Temperature ½ Cup Butter, Melted Directions: Oven Prep Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray or grease an 8x8-inch square pan, set aside. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, lightly whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter. Add dry mix to wet ingredients and stir with a spoon until just blended. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Skillet Prep Preheat a 9" cast iron skillet in 350˚F oven. Spray or grease hot skillet, (Follow step 2 & 3 above) pour batter into skillet and return to oven for about 30 minutes or until golden, and a toothpick comes out clean.
