Ingredients
Whole Grain Oat Flakes.- Make the world's best oatmeal at home. Bring water to a boil. Add Protein Oats, reduce heat to medium low and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, until desired texture. Remove from heat and let stand for at least 2 minutes.
