CONTENTS WILL BE HOT FROM MICROWAVE. Contains: MANUFACTURED IN A FACILITY THAT PROCESSES WHEAT, SOY, TREE NUTS- Range Top Directions: 1. Bring 3/4 cup of water to boil. 2. Stir in 1/4 cup of oats 3. Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly 4. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving Microwave Directions: 1. Combine 3/4 cup of boiling water to 1/4 cup of at in a 2 quart microwave safe bowl (leaving room in the bowl for the oats to expand during cooking) 2.
