    Ingredients

    Long Grain Organic White Rice.
  • Preparation Instructions: Using a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice to a boil. Optional: Add salt and butter to taste. Stir, cover with a tight fitting lid and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Don't touch for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Servings as prepared = 4. For best shelf life, store uncooked rice in refrigerator after opening.
