If you forget your Digital Coupons PIN, you may log into your online account and view your account details, call the H-E-B Customer Service Center at 1-855-803-0611 or text PIN to 69432 from the mobile phone number used on your account in order to receive a text response from us with your account PIN. What happens if I can't remember my heb.com account password?
