    Salt, Dextrose, Spices (Including Red Pepper), Natural Flavor, Extractives of Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavor Enhancer), and Lemon Juice Concentrate.

  • This blend of spices and seasonings will properly season one sack of crawfish (40-45 pounds), one hamper of crabs (about 45 dozen) or 75 pounds of shrimp. Directions: (1) Place 6 gallons of water and contents of package into large cooking container (60-72 quarts), stir and bring to rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly and return to boil (f I seafood is not covered, add additional water). (2) Cook for the time shown in the table. Turn off heat and Soak for the time shown in the table. Cook time: Crawfish 2 min. Hot Soak Time: 15-20 min. Zesty cool time: 15-20 min. Crabs: Cook time 5 min. Hot soak time 15-20 min. Zesty cool time 15-20 min. Shrimp: Cook time 1 min. Hot soak time 2-5 min. Zesty cool time 2-5 min. (3) Drain carefully and serve. Tips: (1) For spicier flavor, add cold water or ice to pot at end of cook time and soak longer. (2) For smaller quantities of seafood, use 1 cup Zatarain's Complete Crab Boil with: 8-10 pounds shrimp, 58 pounds crawfish, or 12 crabs. (3) For extra zesty flavor, try adding Zatarain's liquid Crab Boil and/or Zatarain's Cayenne Pepper.
