Ingredients
Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Natural Flavors, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Lemon Oil Flavor, Citric Acid, Paprika.- Boiling Seafood 3 Easy Steps (1) In a large pot, bring 2-3 gallons of water to a boil (enough to cover seafood). Add entire package of Cajun Fire Boil and bring to rolling boil. Recommended Ratio: Approximately 1 oz dry crab boil to 1 lb of seafood. Increase dry crab boil if you like spice! (2) Add seafood. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated below. Crawfish: 4 min. boil; 10-15 min. soak. Shrimp: 2 min. boil; 3-5 min. soak. Crabs: 10 min. boil; 10-15 min. soak. Cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. (3) Turn off heat and soak seafood. Note: The longer seafood soaks, the spicier it will be. Variations: Add any or all of the following along with seafood for a delicious treat! Lemon, garlic, smoked sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, brussels, sprouts or whole pineapple.
