Boost: Add 1/2 to 1bag of boil booster to the pot along with seafood. Return to a rolling boil. Soak: Boil, then turn off heat and soak seafood as indicated below. Crawfish: 4 min (Boil); 10-15 min (Soak). Shrimp: 2 min (Boil); 3-5 min (Soak). Crabs: 10 min (Boil); 10-15 min (Soak). Boil seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
