Ingredients
Organic Quinoa.- Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring 2 cups water or broth to boil on medium pot. 2. Cook: Stir in 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer over low heat 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender and liquid is absorbed. 3. Finish: Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Tip: Quinoa is cooked when each grain is translucent and white germ is visible.
