Ingredients
ORGANIC JASMATI WHITE RICE.- COOKING ORGANIC JASMATI WHITE RICE: 1 1/2 CUPS WATER; 1/2 TSP SALT (OPTIONAL); 1 TSP BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL (OPTIONAL); 1 CUP RICE. BRING WATER TO A BOIL. ADD SALT AND BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL, IF DESIRED. STIR IN RICE. COVER WITH LID; REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND SIMMER 15 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET STAND (COVERED) 5 MINUTES. FLUFF WITH A FORK AND SERVE. YIELDS APPROXIMATELY 3 1/4 CUPS.
