Thaw by covering with a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 1 minute. Place on spray-coated baking sheet and cook at 375 degrees F until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 12 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. Microwave Oven (1000 watt): Remove burrito from wrapper. Place on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a microwave-safe plate or lid. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 55 seconds per side. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need adjusting. Let sit for 1 minute. Caution: Contents are hot!
